# LivLiv 精选角色许可

除 Kujira（p01）、Kujira Q（p02）和 Pen（p03）外，随 LivLiv Stage 和 LivLiv Player 提供的角色（每个角色文件夹里的模型、贴图和头像，下称「精选角色」）由 LivLiv 团队借助 AI 制作。这份许可不包括这三个角色，它们的来源和条款见 CREDITS.md。LivLiv 保留这份许可没有授予的权利。LivLiv Stage 和 LivLiv Player 的代码另有许可，这份许可只管精选角色。

## 可以

- 在 LivLiv Stage、LivLiv Player 或其他软件里免费使用精选角色，用于非商业用途：个人直播、视频、演示、学习、测试、研究、开源项目。
- 个人创作者的直播和视频即使从平台拿到收入（广告分成、打赏、会员），也算非商业用途。
- 为自己使用而修改精选角色（比如换颜色、调参数）。
- 随 LivLiv Stage 或 LivLiv Player 的仓库（或它们的分支）原样分发精选角色，同时附上这份许可。

使用时请署名，比如在简介或画面上写「角色：LivLiv（livliv.ai）」。

## 不可以

- 出售、单独分发精选角色或从中提取的贴图，包括修改后的版本。
- 商业用途：公司或组织拿来做广告、推广产品、做收费的应用或服务、做周边商品等。需要的话请先写邮件取得同意。
- 拿精选角色去训练或微调 AI 模型，或者用来生成别的角色。
- 用在色情、暴力、歧视、诈骗或政治宣传的内容里。

## 吉祥物

Nana（d03、d03ft）是 LivLiv 的吉祥物。除了上面的规则，还要遵守：

- 不能把 Nana 当作你自己或别的产品、服务、品牌的形象或吉祥物。
- 不能让人以为 LivLiv 认可、赞助你或你的内容。

## 其他

精选角色按「现状」提供，LivLiv 不对它们作任何保证。违反这份许可时，使用的权利自动终止。LivLiv、角色的名字和形象不在任何开源许可的范围内。LivLiv 可以发布新版本的许可；你已经拿到的精选角色仍按当时附带的版本。

# LivLiv Featured Characters License

Version 1.0, November 6, 2026

Except for Kujira (p01), Kujira Q (p02) and Pen (p03), the characters that come with LivLiv Stage and LivLiv Player (the models, textures and avatars in each character's folder, the "Featured Characters") were made by the LivLiv team with AI. This license does not cover those three: see CREDITS.md for where they come from and their terms. LivLiv keeps the rights this license does not grant. The code of LivLiv Stage and LivLiv Player has its own license; this license covers only the Featured Characters.

## You may

- Use the Featured Characters for free in LivLiv Stage, LivLiv Player or other software, for non-commercial purposes: personal streams, videos, demos, learning, testing, research, open-source projects.
- An individual creator's streams and videos count as non-commercial even when the platform pays them (ad revenue, tips, memberships).
- Modify the Featured Characters for your own use (for example recolor them or change their settings).
- Distribute the Featured Characters unchanged as part of the LivLiv Stage or LivLiv Player repository (or a fork of it), together with this license.

Please give credit, for example "Characters: LivLiv (livliv.ai)" in a description or on screen.

## You may not

- Sell or separately distribute the Featured Characters or textures taken from them, modified or not.
- Use them commercially: by a company or organization in advertising, product promotion, paid apps or services, merchandise and the like. Ask by email first if you need this.
- Use them to train or fine-tune AI models, or to generate other characters.
- Use them in sexual, violent, discriminatory, fraudulent or political-propaganda content.

## Mascot

Nana (d03, d03ft) is LivLiv's mascot. On top of the rules above:

- Do not use Nana as the image or mascot of yourself or of another product, service or brand.
- Do not suggest that LivLiv endorses or sponsors you or your content.

## Other

The Featured Characters are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Breaking this license ends your right to use them. LivLiv, and the characters' names and looks, are not covered by any open-source license. LivLiv may publish new versions of this license; Featured Characters you already have stay under the version that came with them.
